Q: "Who is Nomon? What Does He Do?"
A: Nomon is a light weight partner delivery system. Instead of using the usual channel partnerrships, Nomon makes a forum and posts all partnerships into a forum, giving them their own spaces and tags to search when needed. Members of his growing network can /bump their servers across the forum base and it will sync to all servers (much like how disboard works) He doesn’t spam, doesn’t force his way into anything, unless you invite him into your home.He simply carries your server’s ad to other communities, and brings theirs back to yours, much like a very simple mailing system.He is:
• Polite
• Quiet
• Respectful of channels
• And never intrusiveThink of him as a mailman with very good manners and a little ribbon tied around his neck.

• Posts your advertisement in partner servers that you qualify for.
• Receives their advertisement and posts it in your (pre) designated forum
• Keeps posting everytime he gets a little /bump
• Makes sure ads are formatted and safeNothing more.
No mod actions, no invasive permissions, no server control.Just post → deliver → rest → repeatQ: "Will Nomon spam my server?"
A: No.
Nomon only posts in one channel you choose, at scheduled intervals.
He does not talk outside that channel.
He does not reply, DM members, or chatter.Q: “What if I change my mind?”
A: You can remove Nomon at any time.
No penalty. No fuss. All you have to do is remove him from your server, and tell us that you'd like to end your service!
Though we will hate to see you go, we will respect your wishes.Q: “Will he slow down or break the server?”
A: No.
Nomon is lightweight, optimized, and only wakes when someone joins the mailing list or bumps him. He is quiet by nature, truly. Especially if you mute the forum's in your personal settings.Q: “So what does /bump do”
A: When you use:/bumpNomon:• Revives your partnered thread only (no spam elsewhere).
• Pushes your ad back to the top on all partnered servers simultaneously.
• Resets your visibility timer so fresh eyes find you first.Q: “IS bumping Unlimited?”
A: Yes! Much like Disboard you will have a 2 hr timer that will reset and you can bump again!Future feature: Auto bumping! and a reminder will be available for 5$ a month.Q: “How would I know that it works?”
A: You can check out our main server to see all of the places we support with this bot. Each time you bump, pretty much anywhere, it will show up on every server that has the bot in its directory.Q: “How do I join the Partner Network?”

Commands

/forum_register - Register server and create partner forum
/edit_registration - Edit existing registration (admin only)
/available_tags- View all valid tags
/bump - Refresh partner thread globally
/partner_info - Show bump stats for the server

How To:

1. Invite the Bot to Your Server
Nomon is a Discord bot that requires specific permissions to function properly.Contact the bot developers or join Nomons Cottage to get the bot invite link.
When inviting, please ensure your server is Community enabled! This can be enabled by going to
Server Settings > Enable Community > Filling out the needed information2. Server Whitelisting (Required for Advanced Features)
For features like server registration and bumping, your server must be whitelisted by the bot developers. Join Nomons Cottage and simply start a ticket there to get your server screened! (We screen servers to make sure that the server is following Discord's TOS.)3. Register Your Server (Admin Only)
Once whitelisted, server administrators can register using /forum_register . This creates a "partner-directory" forum channel at the top of your servers channel list (this can be moved and renamed if you'd like.To Register:

Server advertisement/description
Tags (these can be found by doing /available_tags). It will make a permanent invite for your server when it's submitted.4. Using the Bump Feature
After registration
Use /bump to refresh your server's partner thread across the network.
Cooldown: 2 hours between bumps.
Check bump status with /partner_info5. Available Commands

For bump issues, verify server is registered and whitelisted (it will not register if you are not whitelisted). The bot focuses on gentle, safe server partnerships with features like automated thread creation, cross-server bumping, and network synchronization.

✨ New Reporting Commands We now have two specific slash commands for submitting reports:/report_user Use this command to report a user for breaking network rules. You will need to provide the user you are reporting and a detailed reason./report_server Use this command to report a server. You will need to provide the Server ID, a detailed reason, and an invite link if possible.How It Works
* Submit Your Report: Use the appropriate command anywhere you can use bot commands.
* Private Thread Creation: When a report is submitted, the bot will automatically create a new, public thread in Nomons Report Category channel. The thread will be titled with the report number and date.
* Add Evidence: After submitting, you will receive a confirmation message containing your report ID and an invite link to this server. This allows you (and others involved) to join and add any relevant evidence, such as screenshots or message links, directly into the report's thread.Our Reporting Policy
